Icovia launches in a new pop-up browser window. Most of today's browsers have pop-up blocking software that may prevent Icovia from launching. Often an information bar will appear at the top of your browser window when it blocks a pop-up. When attempting to launch the Icovia website, click on the information bar and tell it to always allow pop-ups from Icovia.com. If not, follow these steps:

Internet Explorer

Tools> Internet Options> Privacy> Pop-up Settings>  Enter "www.icovia.com" in the text box

Netscape

Tools> Options> Site Controls> (check) open requested pop-ups in a new tab

Safari

Requested pop-ups are allowed by default.  If you run into problem, turn off pop-up blocking in Preferences.

Mozilla / Firefox

Tools> Options> Content > Either turn off pop-up blocking or go into Allowed Sites and add "www.icovia.com"

This will ensure that pop-ups are always allowed from Icovia and make it easy for you to use Icovia in the future!
