Icovia allows you add icons and text to the floor plan that you choose in order to make it more comprehensible and attractive.  In addition to that, you can add text to insert comments into the floor plan or to label sections and icons on the floor plan so that it is easy to read and understand.

Why Icons?

You can add icons to the floor plan to signify entrances, furniture, doors, sinks, appliances etc. You can also add icons to indicate that a picture is available for that area of the floor plan and link it to the corresponding picture and add furniture to the floor plan to see how much space would be left. There are icons belonging to different categories like furniture, landscape, patio, fixtures, appliances, buildings, vehicles, people, animals etc that you can use to personalize your floor plan and see if it meets your living needs. All icons can be completely customized with regard to their color, size, position, placement etc. They can be moved around, hidden, shown, locked, rotated, added and deleted from the floor plan according to your needs and preferences. Why Text?

You can add text to your floor plan to insert comments and labels. This feature is useful when you want to add comments for future consideration, share opinions and label areas of the floor plan. The text can be completely customized with regard to the font, text size, color and alignment. It can be moved, rotated, shown, hidden, locked, unlocked and deleted according to your needs and preferences.
