You can link a property in Icovia to an online property listing. This enables a prospective buyer to view the online listing for a property on an external website by clicking on a link in Icovia.
To Link to an Online Property Listing
| 1. | Select Property from the File menu. Then select New Property from the property sub-menu that pops up to the right. |
| 2. | This displays the New Property pop-up window where you can add the details of the property that you want to add. |
| 3. | Type in the URL for the online property listing in the Property URL field in the New Property pop-up window. |
| 4. | Click on the Preview button to verify that the URL is pointing to the property listing. |
| 5. | Click Save to save the new property. |
