From time to time, you may run into a situation where you email a plan to someone and they report to you that you cannot open the plan. You may even email the plan to yourself and run into the same problem. There are several things to consider. First, make sure that their computer meets the system requirements.
Note: You can send a plan to someone that does not have an Icovia account. While they do not need to be a subscriber to view or edit the plan, they do need a subscription in order to save, print or email the plan.
Having addressed the system requirements checklist, there are two other things to look at.
1. | One is that the email client (program) has links disabled, or |
2. | Has other controls that preclude applications from opening. |
If you are having the problem opening up your own plans, it is most likely because you already have Icovia open in another window. Exit completely from Icovia and try it again. If this doesn't work, then try closing all browser windows. If you continue to have problems, please contact Icovia Technical Support.
