The My Saved Properties pull down list  in the sidebar area for a user consists of the properties created by the user who is currently logged in.

Note : This list is different from the My Saved Properties list for the end user as that list displays the list of properties that he/she is interested in and has saved for future use and reference.

Only an administrator can view all properties belonging to all users, using the Manage Properties feature.
