The Search tab of the Reporting Tool allows you to search for specific contacts and properties through keywords. Click on the Search tab of the Reporting Tool to access the Search section.

Searching Contacts

You can search for a specific contact by Email Address or Last Name . Just type in the email address or part of a contact's email address and click Search. All the contacts whose email address matches the search string entered are displayed as search results.

Similarly if you would like to search for a contact by last name, just type in the contact's last name or part of the contact's last name in the Last Name field and click Search. A list of all the contacts whose last names contain the search string specified will be displayed.

Searching Properties

You can search for a specific property by Listing Number . Just type in the listing number or part of a listing number and click Search. A list of all the properties whose listing number matches the search string will be displayed.
