The Users tab of the Reporting tool is where you can view users, add users and edit users who can access your Icovia account.

To Access the Users section

Click on the Users & Leads tab of the Reporting Tool.

This takes you to the default page for Users which displays a list of all the existing users of your planner with links to edit them found next to their account information and a button at the top right to add new user. This list can be sorted by clicking on any of the column headings.
