The Delete Text  command deletes all the text in your plan at once. The Undo command will not undo the Delete Text command but rather restore text one text notation at a time with each undo.  Only forty undo’s are available, the remaining text instances will be deleted forever. If you do not need to delete all text, you can delete a single text notation using the delete text control and the text info panel.

To Delete All Text

1.Select Delete from the Edit menu.
2.Select Delete Text from the Delete sub-menu which pops-out on the right.
3.The system displays a pop-up asking for confirmation that you want to delete all the text in your plan. Click on the Continue button at the bottom of the pop-up.

3.This deletes all the text from your plan.

Note:  If you errantly used this command, you might have less to lose by quitting the edit session without saving.  Doing so will restore the plan to the point of the last save.

Note:  As an alternative to deleting all text, consider concealing the visibility of all text by using the Hide Text command.

You can also delete a single instance of text, to learn about how to do this, see Delete Text.
