Enabling Others To Create Plans

Icovia makes it easy to for you to add users to your space planner account. You can add users and specify roles for the them so that you can control who has permission to create plans, edit plans or delete plans. You can add and edit users through the Users tab of the Reporting Tool or by going to this URL:

http://clientname.icovia.com/reports/users.aspx and replacing "clientname" with your company name.

Using this section, you can:

•	Add/Edit users

•	Add Architect Accounts

•	Work with multiple architects to create a floor plan
