The Icovia Real Estate Edition allows you to offers tailored functions to different types of users. While adding a user type, you can specify the privileges for a user by assigning a role to them. The following roles are available in Icovia:

Administrators

Administrators can create new properties and edit property details and plans created by any architect. Admins also have ability to add/edit/delete user accounts (i.e. create architect accounts so others can create plans to be published). Note: this is different from ability for end users to register and modify/save their plans; Admin also has access to the reporting tool.

Architects

Architects have the ability to create new properties/plans and modify their own properties/plans (as long as status has not been changed to published by admin). Architects cannot set property status to published.

End Users

End users are the people who view your online floorplans in Icovia. They become registered users (providing you with contact information) if they want to save, share or print their plans.

Note: Admins and Architects are managed (add/del/edit) through the user admin tool (http://clientname.icovia.com/reports/users.aspx).
